Come and Sing With Us!
We welcome every adult who wants to sing for pleasure
We meet every Tuesday during term-time, from 7-9.15pm, at St Mary's Church on Bramall Lane.
Just turn up, pay for the night on the door, and enjoy! Your first session is free.
It's just £7 per night (£3.50 if you would find it difficult to pay the full fee). If you are someone who cannot afford the reduced rate fee (e.g. if you are an asylum seeker or disadvantaged in another way), please speak to one of the Core Group or contact us. We now strongly prefer that you pay by card, but can take cash if it would otherwise prevent you joining us.
New people are welcome to come along at any time. If it's your first time, your first session is free. Tell the people around you that you're new, and they'll help you out.
We start with a warm-up to get our voices ready for singing.
Then we split into parts to sing in harmony.
Everything is taught by ear, one part at a time.
There's a break for refreshments, but please bring your own drinks.
When you attend your first session, do listen out for the members' area password and sign up to receive choir info via email.
